Mr. Bukola Oluseyi Onajide

Group Managing Director/CEO Mr. Oluseyi Onajide is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. He started his professional career as an intern with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, an international firm of Chartered Accountants. Subsequently he obtained his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos (1998).

He has attended several management courses locally and internationally including the prestigious Lagos Business School and famous INSEAD, France. Prior to his joining Briscoe in 1998, he worked with SCOA Nigeria Plc (1990-1996) where he became the AGM Finance and then, as a Management Consultant to Alchem Industries Limited (1996-1997) and Management Development Associates (1998).

He was employed by R.T. Briscoe on the 1st of July 1998, appointed as Finance Director in December 2004 and Executive Director in charge of the entire motor business in January 2006. In April 2008, he was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director, Managing Director – Designate in July 2009. He became GMD/CEO of R.T. Briscoe Plc in January 2010. Mr. Seyi Onajide was also re-appointed for the 7th time as President of the Association of Automobile, Boatyard, Transport Equipment and Allied Employers of Nigeria (AABTEAEN). He was born on November 3, 1962.

Dr. Olorunfemi Abidemi Eguaikhide

​ Deputy Managing Director Dr. Olorunfemi Abidemi Eguaikhide is the Deputy Managing Director responsible for business operations. He holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing Management from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School of the Pan Atlantic University having attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in 2016.

He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM), Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (AITD), Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. Dr. Eguaikhide previously worked with Genesis Group variously as DGM Human Resources and IT, General Manager HR & IT, General Manager Operations and Chief Operations Officer at The Bridge Healthcare Company in 2010. He joined the Company as Group Head, Human Capital Development in 2012 and was appointed to manage the Briscoe-Ford unit in 2014 as General Manager. He was subsequently appointed as Head of the Briscoe-Motors unit in 2017 and Group Chief Operating Officer in September 2018. He obtained his Doctorate degree in Marketing Management from LIGS University, Hawaii, USA in December 2021. Dr. Eguaikhide was appointed a Director of the Company with effect from September 1, 2019. He was born on March 28, 1968.

Mr. Jubril Adetokunbo Shittu

​ Group Finance Director/CFO Mr. Jubril Adetokunbo Shittu is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Lagos. He has also attended various leadership and management training programmes within and outside the country.

​ Mr. Shittu has over 26 years’ professional working experience garnered from serving in various finance and accounting positions. He began his career in 1998 as an Accountant with Premier Paints Plc and subsequently served as an Accounts Manager in Petrolog Limited, an oil servicing company. He joined the UAC of Nigeria Plc (UACN) group in March 2005 where he held various management positions including Management Accountant and Finance Controller-Transport & Distribution at MDS Logistics Division, Group coordinator, IFRS Conversion Project and Financial Controller at Portland Paints and Products Nigeria Plc (a subsidiary of UACN).

​ Mr. Shittu joined R.T. Briscoe (Nigeria) PLC in January 2016 as the Head, Management Accounts & Control and was promoted in January 2018 as Assistant General Manager, Finance/Deputy CFO. He was appointed as substantive Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from September 1, 2019, a position he held until his recent appointment as Group Finance Director. Mr. Shittu was born on October 10, 1972.

Mr. Kehinde Lawal

​ Head of Business, Briscoe Technical Products and Services Ltd. Mr. Kehinde Adewale Lawal is the Head of Briscoe Elgi. He graduated from University of Ilorin in 1990 with a Bachelor of Engineering Civil (2nd Class Upper Division). In 1991, he joined a Material Management Consulting Firm Material Management Service Limited, as a Material Engineer where he rose to the position of Senior Consultant and resigned to join R.T. Briscoe in 2005.

​ He obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1996. He has attended many courses in Materials and Business Management prior to joining Briscoe.

​He was employed by Briscoe on 1st of August, 2005 as Assistant Project Manager under Briscoe Solutions Plus, redeployed to the then Atlas Copco Division as Assistant Manager (Logistics), transferred to Port Harcourt Branch in April, 2007 as Sales Manager Industrial Equipment and appointed on the 1st of April, 2015 as Business Manager Port Harcourt Branch. He was appointed the Head of Briscoe Elgi in 2017.

Mr. Michael Olabode

Company Secretary/Legal Adviser / Chief Compliance Officer Olabode Micheal currently serves as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser and Chief Compliance Officer at R.T. Briscoe (Nigeria) PLC, playing a pivotal role in upholding the company’s legal integrity and corporate governance standards. With over 22 years of experience in legal advisory and regulatory compliance, he is widely regarded as an authority in company secretariat practices, corporate legal affairs and compliance management.

A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with an LL.B., Michael received his professional legal training at the Nigerian Law School and furthered his development at Lagos State University where he obtained his LL.M. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Nigeria, bringing valuable expertise in arbitration, conflict resolution, and governance best practices. Michael is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University) having completed its Senior Management Program (SMP52).

Since joining R.T. Briscoe in 2009, Michael has held several strategic leadership positions, including his current roles as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser and Chief Compliance Officer. He is responsible for maintaining the company’s secretariat, compliance frameworks, managing regulatory risks, and advising the Board on matters related to legal and corporate governance. His previous roles in other organizations include serving as Head, Legal Services at Crown Realties PLC and Equatorial Richfields Ltd, where he led legal strategy and compliance efforts across diverse business portfolios.

Michael remains an integral part of R.T. Briscoe’s executive leadership team, ensuring that the organization navigates complex legal environments, meets regulatory obligations, and maintains its integrity and transparency as a publicly listed entity.

Wuraola Okunwobi

Throughout her career, Wuraola has demonstrated a strong passion for structure, efficiency, and people development. Her journey spans key roles that have strengthened her expertise in managing people, processes, and customer-centric operations. Most recently, she served as the Head of Customer Service, Motors Business, where her leadership and commitment to service excellence earned multiple recognition

Under her leadership, the Customer Service team won Gold (2023) and Bronze (2024) in the Toyota Nigeria Limited Customer Service Awards. She was also personally awarded Bronze in the Customer Service Dealer Personnel category (2024)—a testament to her dedication to exceptional service delivery and operational standards..


Wuraola holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from Nexford University and she’s an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State.

Known for her ability to organize events, coordinate teams, and ensure that plans are executed seamlessly, Wuraola excels in creating environments where people and systems work in harmony. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering continuous learning, and aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals.


Outside of work, she enjoys binge-watching thrillers, medical, and adventure series. Wuraola is driven by excellence, integrity, and a commitment to making meaningful impact through people and performance.

Sir Sunday Nnamdi Nwosu, KSS, GCOA, FIoD, JP

Sir Sunday Nnamdi Nwosu, KSS, GCOA, FIoD, JP is the Chairman of the Company. A well-known Apostle of good corporate governance, he is the Founder and erstwhile National Coordinator of the Independent Shareholders Association of Nigeria. He is a member of the SEC Capital Market Development Company. He has attended several courses in Finance and Corporate Governance both locally and internationally. Sir Nwosu is an astute investor in a sizeable number of quoted companies on the Nigerian Exchange and serves on the Board or Audit Committee of some of them.

He is a Director of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company PLC, MRS Oil Nigeria PLC and Kajola Integrated Investment PLC. He is also a member of the statutory Audit Committees of Julius Berger PLC, First Trust Mortgage Bank PLC, Friesland Campina WAMCO Nigeria PLC and Seplat Energy PLC. Sir Nwosu was appointed to the Board of R.T. Briscoe on March 27, 2014 and as acting Chairman on April 27, 2017.


Prior to his appointment as the acting Chairman, he had served as Chairman of the Board’s Finance & Risks Management Committee and as a member of the Governance and Business Strategy Committees of the Company. He became the substantive Chairman of the Company in August 2021 and was also conferred the Fellowship Award at the Institute of Directors in October 2021. He was born on February 11, 1953.
